Seafood Fettucine Meal Kit for 2
Cook the Fettucine in a large saucepan of lightly salted boiling water, according to packet instructions or until al dente.
Once cooked take off the heat and drain well. (You will need this to toss through your prawns and other ingredients at the end)Step 2
Whilst pasta is cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add garlic and fresh chilli, cook stirring for 30 seconds or until aromatic. Add the seafood and cook stirring occasionally for 2 minutes or until golden brown and just cooked through. Add tomato sugo to the mixture and continue to heat the sauce until reached desired temperature. Season the mix with salt and pepper to tasteStep 3
Add the seafood mixture to the hot pasta and toss until well combined. Serve immediately with fresh basil, squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper to taste.
